Some apps not downloading to new iPhone 11 Pro

Got my new 11 Pro today. Everything is good except a few apps including Facebook, YouTube, Xfinity stream, Bitmoji and a few more can't be installed. Error messages says "Unable to install (name of app). This app could not be installed. I can't delete the icon/app and reinstall. I only get options to share it or rearrange it. I've turned off/on my phone with no success. I've gone to the app store. These apps are not in my list of those needing to be updated. When I search for the app, I have the download icon (cloud with the down arrow) and when I tap on that, I get the circle with the blue square in it but nothing happens. Any suggestions?

After talking with Apple Support, they didn't have a real solution, but this workaround helped me:

App Store > Tap on your Profile Image > Purchased > Not on this iPhone > Tap on the download button for each one.

This allowed me to force install all the apps that were giving me this error in their place on the home screen without having to delete and reinstall each one.

If you would like to delete and reinstall anything, tap on the "Rearrange It" button you're seeing and you'll get the original X button on each app icon that will allow you to move and delete apps. This is new in iOS 13.

For me, the app on the home screen shows a little download icon, and tapping it gives me the "This app could not be installed" message. When I go to the Purchased section in App Store and find one such app, the App Store shows the app as midway through downloading, and not progressing.

My only option is to stop the download, which would remove the app from the device. If I do this, will the phone delete the data that was backed up for that app?
