Hi Guys, i used to use the Screen Time to lock my apps, using 1 minute as time limit for all apps. After IOS 13, now there is a option that you can access any app for “one more minute”. I think that it can be usefull for somepeople but i really didnt like that there is no option to disable it. Is there any way to disable? Thanks

my child is 10 and his birthday is put in his phone but 1 more min is still active
What’s the point of having downtime if they can continue to have one more minute?! Please remove this feature!!!

couldn’t agree more - who thought allowing kids to play apps 1 minute at a time was a good parental control feature??

Following. Need this removed from my kids phones. Trying to control screen time but it’s no help when they can override it using the one more minute.
Apple completely screwed the pooch on this. The kids are loving it because the get all the time they want now. Screen time was one of the reasons we chose Apple products over Android. Apple probably just wants their devices to get more use so they sneaked in this little "feature." Also very sad there is no response here, evidence that they just don't care about this issue.

Somehow, now that I've done the above... I've switched back to 7a-7p + 1min limit in Safari and the question is still gone!
I'll try again tomorrow at 7am to test.
I want to be able to use Safari... but not my kids. I wish i could turn off ALL access to it except if someone has the screentime password. This I haven't been able to find yet.
Also it does not work for Safari and Chrome. C'mon. And why do we need to see all the blocked icons – just show the ones that are available. I need to take a week off screens and Screentime just can't cut it – I need to buy a dumbphone :)
Yes, as have many others but the ridiculous feature still exists.
in addition, my son also found that if he simply goes into settings and changes the time zone to the other side of the world - the screentime is utterly redundant!!

I have hated this too for a long time I could stop their time and now kid has like 45 games that he uses One more minute on. I need Apple to disable this please?
