Cannnot restore DEP managed iPhone XR devices from Apple Configurator 2 (updated to ver 2.10) which the devices have been unassigned from Apple Business Program since iOS 13 released. Once I process restore process, got the error message "(AMRestoreErrorDomain error 10 - Failed to handle message type StatusMsg) [AMRestoreErrorDomain - 0xA (10)".
Is there any solution how to restore unassigned DEP managed iPhone XR devices?

Same issue here with any device that needs 13.1 but i think i have found a fix.
I have found that when i plug one device in and use iTunes to attempt to restore, it pops up with a small update for the Mac in order to connect to the iPad. It then asks to restart itunes once the update is complete.
After this try going back to the Apple configurator and try again to restore from it. You dont need to restore using itunes but just use it to force the update to the Mac.
Mine seems to be working ok now.
