I received my new iPhone 11 Pro Max and got it set up with all my stuff backed up in iCloud. Howerver, all the message attachments found in texts by clicking the "i" of the contacts name are gone. The attachments themselves are still in the text threads. If I scroll I can see them, but they are not showing in the information screen.

Even after the update to 13.1 all my text message attachments (photos/links/videos) are not showing in the "i"nformation screen. I've tried turning MMS and iMessage OFF/ON. I've tried hard resetting my phone. No luck!
Be patient and let the download finish, they will appear, can take some time if there is a lot to load back.

Wait so you’re saying you actually have attachments when you click on the i button?! Everyone in this thread seems to have that missing. I’m on chat with Apple support now
Mine are still missing too even after the update. My phone isn’t downloading all messages from iCloud.
On my new iPhone 7 Plus after the 13.2 update it still isn’t working or downloading all of my iCloud messages. I guess I’m just done with iPhones.
I just updated from iOS 12.1.2 on my iPhone 8 Plus, I also cannot see my attachments when I click on the “i” button, but all the photos and attachments are still there when I scroll up. So annoying.
Anybody know of this issue been fixed yet 11 Promax and still after 13.3 - nooo attachments or photos in info !!! I have a zillion I need because scrolling all day does not do it with work !
