No option to download songs from cloud

I have reviewed multiple tutorials/community threads trying to find the answer to this .. my iTunes Match is cancelling tomorrow, but I don't want to lose all of my files that I curated over the course of decades.

I have gone to iTunes > Library > Music dropdown > Songs - all songs show a blue cloud with down arrow icon (aka they're in the cloud) but I can't actually click on the icon. Nor can I right click and have the option to download (see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/paia50)

I have also created a Smart List out of all the songs in the cloud, and tried downloading from there; again, no option to download.

Please help!

See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support and check the status of these tracks in the cloud. I wouldn't normally expect to see them greyed out like they are in your screenshot.
