I'm getting the message "Sign in to Complete Purchase" every time on my Apple Watch after installing OS 6. Also, it asks me to login to an old Apple ID that I don't use anymore...
The message keeps popping up on my wrist 4-5 times and then it goes out for a while.

You now wont receive any more of those annoying notifications!
The fix worked, but the instructions were a tad off. I didn't go to "my watch", literally. I had to go to the page that was the name I gave my watch. Translator was trying to install and I deleted it. I'm thinking that will fix it. We'll see, but thanks for the suggestions and I hope it works.
This is the second time I've gotten this on my iwatch after updating - the prior fix worked. This time - it didn't change anything. I'm about to throw all Apple products out - why can't you fix this???????? What else do I need to do to get rid of the every 30 second buzzing of 'sign in to complete your purchase'??? I've uninstalled all apps shown - and reinstalled with my 'new' apple id - but still they persist. Any ideas?
This did not work for me. There are no apps that are only installed on my watch. I don't remember that old apple ID, either, to try to log in. Continues to happen over and over and over, multiple times per hour. It has become unusable. Help apple support! I'm about to stop wearing it.
Same issue. Driving me crazy! Always comes twice in a row. Can be hours in between. WTF? Does anyone have a solution?
I've tried a lot of different configurations to find the app using the old ID, no success. Could you be more specific on how to do that? I'm also searching Google how to do it...

NOPE... 13.1.1 didn't solve the problem, just a heads up...
I tried that and it automatically deleted Messenger. We’ll see if that flexed it or not. Powered off afterwards as well. Hope it stops sending that message

Having the same issue. happens when pick up the watch from charger and go into watch app in iPhone.

Unfortunately, the fix from Watersideguy didn't work for me. I've dismissed this message more than 100 times today.
I'm ready to return my watch to Apple.
