And actually a tech review site has an article directing users here to continue to post their issues which is what I did. But yeah, I guess you’re right, must not be making noise outside of this thread. 🤷‍♀️

Thanks for your rude complaints to those that were instructed to respond here. They were very much not appreciated. Hope you have a good weekend and are able to fill your time with something more valuable than attacking iPhone users with scratched screens on the internet.

I’m impressed how you can see future. But I’m also thinking scratches won’t disappear. Even if I will use screen protector it still will be there. I’m smart enough to understand that. No need to tell that hundreds times. But I believe if link to this page reappear again in site like Forbes and thread will have hundreds of pages Apple will have to read it. Don’t think you can disagree in this point.

And final notice. I can fix my screen for about $30. But I’m here because I’m very unhappy that Apple goes away from Steve Jobs perfectionism. It isn’t only about iPhone 11. I’m developing some stuff for iOS and MacOS. For last years I’ve strong feeling company stop worrying about top quality of their products. That is real disaster and that’s the real reason I’m here. Maybe we can still help the company which was number one for years before.

Steve Jobs perfection? You must have slept through "you're holding it wrong," LOL. Under Steve Jobs plenty of things went wrong. He does deserve all the credit in the world for bringing Apple out of the brink of extinction, but he was no Saint. But if he hadn't brought out the iPhone, the world would be different.

Could you stating facts on another topic then? Do you have all the properties of the screen composition to be sure of what you are trying to defend? We can barely follow helping messages on this discussion because of your "facts".

I had iPhone 4 but as I’m left-handed I kep iPhone “right”. But I’m curious when you said against perfection of Steve Jobs. Lot of people who was in charge was punished and it became known. But Apple didn’t recall product, that is true. But I will be also satisfied if Apple will find issue with screens and fix it - so when I will replace screen with AppleCare+ I can put it into my pocket like I did with all my previous phones.

We know that only @Apple can resolve this, foruns does nothing, we know we know. We already reported directly to Apple, at apple/support.

I got an Apple agent who is taking care of my case is using the data from this discussion to investigate what happened (Apple Brazil).

Just for a REAL awnser FROM APPLE, its normal to try understand whats going on, no crime for that.

Great so we are on the same boat. You might never know if you get a bad quality screen( 2x) . And you are actually defending that change of quality by blaming us of moaning... I’m confused by your motivation.

A: I'm not blaming anyone

B: I've explained what is known about the new glass, which is more durable, but clearly still scratches

C: I've provided options that are logical and are really the only solutions anyone has at this time.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Woooooooow, that is a lot of protection! Too far from a conventional user!! Of course with this you will never get a scratch, it will be younger than a new one LOL

Not severely, but I do go overboard taking care of my electronic toys. I have what I call selective OCD! For example. I got a clear case for the new phone first. Couldn't handle the fingerprints, so the case you see in my picture is treated to not show fingerprints!

I have had my iPhone 11 for only 7 days and all I’ve done is take it in and out my pocket. My iPhone 7 didn’t even look this bad after 2 years, truly disappointed.

It’s very difficult to understand that approach of you and some others. I didn’t want to get any other brand because I prefer iOS - but it doesn’t mean I wanted an iPhone that gets scratched extrelemy easily.

I didn’t want to ruin its looks and response with some screen protector which I never needed before that. I expected that my new iPhone 11 Pro Max would have a screen with glass that is at least as good as the previous models - but it proved to be much worse.

Here in Thailand you can’t just walk back to the store and return it - or actually you can, but you won’t get your money back. Why you people think that everything works the same way everywhere?

So you think iPhone 11 can’t be kept in pocket? What’s mean careless. Do I need to pray before in and out iPhone into the pocket. Or you want to say I have to have screen protector. If that’s so - please point me there it is stated at product description.
