Virus infection - Battery damage

I was browsing some “not secure” porn website. Suddenly webpage showed prompt message that my iphone is infected with virus. Iphone battery is infected and damaged. It also asked to download and install something from appstore to avoid further damage. What should i do?

It’s a scam.

It’s malicious advertising designed to scare you into buying useless software or allowing a site to steal your information.

No website can access your phone and scan for viruses.
