What is this new response I get when I say Siri? she says uhhuh instead of yes? I have iPhone 11 Pro Max I really don’t like response and want to change it.

Or just don't wait between "Hey, Siri" and your question. Siri only says that if you pause. So, no pause, no uh-huh.

I agree. She had the nerve to sound exasperated when I said, ”hey Siri” she answered, “I’m on it”. As if I was annoying her.

Fortunately, it's very easy to make it stop: Don't leave a pause between "Hey, Siri" and your question.
