iPhone 11 volume low

I am beside myself with this phone. My mom just passed away. Trying to speak with Oncologists and other Drs... I'm sure they though I was deaf. Didn't mean to bring up my mom. Only reason is that I explained to Apple. Nothing. I'm enraged. And agree with you

I purchased an iPhone 11 yesterday. I has been an aggravation from hello. The volume issue is more than maddening and it's high;y unacceptable on a device this expensive. I have an appointment at AT&T tomorrow. This is very inconvenient to be going back for problem issues. I'm hoping it's the user and not the device. However, volume should not be an issue AT ALL. Here is what I'm experiencing:

1) incoming call ringtone barely audible (I solved that myself)

2) sound from a text video inaudible (I think I solved that)

3) using the side buttons for volume doesn't work at all. Trying to raise the volume disconnects with the person I'm speaking with and shuts my phone off.

4) volume buttons SOMETIMES allow the raise/lower indicator to be seen. And it may appear on the left side of the phone or at the very top of the phone. It's a guessing game and an eye search

Look Apple...if you going to continually 'invent' a new iPhone version, sgow us some respect and work the BUGS OUT FIRST! We have enough on our plates in daily living to be second guessing and chasing your mistakes!!

i have the same volume problems with my new iPhone 11 pro max and so does my wife (same model). Also if I am speaking with someone and I use speaker the other person hears an echo. Has anyone heard of updates to fix the issue? It’s kinda an expensive phone for the volume to not work properly.

Omg i can’t believe it was just the plastic on the face of the phone thanks saved me a trip to get a new phone (many hours)

I took my cover off and still have the same issues. Some days it works and other days I can’t hear the person on the other line.

I’m having the same issue with my volume button, i also have the Iphone 11 pro max.

Same issue with my Iphone 11. The volume button is totally out of control and does not work at all when I’m watching videos mainly at instagram

I’ve had the same problem straight out of the box. I took my clear plastic off the same day I bought it so that isn’t the issue.
