iPhone 11 volume low

I know nightmare my main issue, my main issue is when speaking on speaker phone volume fades in and out, so the other person only hears half the conversation

Apple chooses to ignore the issues of the I phone 11 pro

we have several Apple devices, when it’s time to renew them, it will not be an Apple product for me

I have insurance on my iPhone 11 Pro. Will they give me a new phone, seeing I can't hear anything on my phone. Tried asking them and I couldn't get a straight answer. Have an appointment on Thursday

My iPhone 11 has some maximum volume issues. Maximum volume doesn’t seem to be MaX as it used to be. I can barely hear when I put my phone on speaker for call or to watch any video.

Even using with AirPod pro, same, max volume seems to be at mid level now.

Is there a fix or anyone else has this issue?

I am having volume problems when on speaker talking. Most people complain that my volume is going down and they can’t hear me. All of the iPhone 11pro max customers are having the same problem. What’s the solution? Can Apple customer service representative or tech respond please.

I’ve been having similar issues since I got my iPhone 11 in August. The volume is always up and down. I’ve tried the control panel, going into settings, hard boot once a week, and factory reset.

Even though it’s my personal phone, the landline at my place of work is forwarded to it. I’ve missed calls with it being beside me, and for the past couple of weeks, when I remove the ear buds, I cannot hear message alerts come through, which also cancelled the vibration aspect.

My iPhone 11 has very low volume when on the phone yet the loud speaker is good. The volume volume control is on max but it is still difficult to hear the other person on the phone. The silent select switch has no orange showing. How can I get the volume back?

It amazes me just how little Apple cares about this issue. The low volume problem has been bouncing around for months and Apple seems content to let the users stumble along on our own.

I am beside myself with this phone. My mom just passed away. Trying to speak with Oncologists and other Drs... I'm sure they though I was deaf. Didn't mean to bring up my mom. Only reason is that I explained to Apple. Nothing. I'm enraged. And agree with you

It is when you look into the phone and have Face ID on it is low, cause the phone recognizes you. Put your phone at a distant and turn your volume up it rings normal. Then pick it up and tell someone to call you, it rings low

Thanks for your reply. I found that removing the cover and re-starting the iphone solved the problem. Given that lots of other people seem to have had the problem, i'm surprised that Apple haven't fixed the bumper guard/cover problem.

I purchased an iPhone 11 yesterday. I has been an aggravation from hello. The volume issue is more than maddening and it's high;y unacceptable on a device this expensive. I have an appointment at AT&T tomorrow. This is very inconvenient to be going back for problem issues. I'm hoping it's the user and not the device. However, volume should not be an issue AT ALL. Here is what I'm experiencing:

1) incoming call ringtone barely audible (I solved that myself)

2) sound from a text video inaudible (I think I solved that)

3) using the side buttons for volume doesn't work at all. Trying to raise the volume disconnects with the person I'm speaking with and shuts my phone off.

4) volume buttons SOMETIMES allow the raise/lower indicator to be seen. And it may appear on the left side of the phone or at the very top of the phone. It's a guessing game and an eye search

Look Apple...if you going to continually 'invent' a new iPhone version, sgow us some respect and work the BUGS OUT FIRST! We have enough on our plates in daily living to be second guessing and chasing your mistakes!!

i have the same volume problems with my new iPhone 11 pro max and so does my wife (same model). Also if I am speaking with someone and I use speaker the other person hears an echo. Has anyone heard of updates to fix the issue? It’s kinda an expensive phone for the volume to not work properly.
