Hello! I just switched from a Samsung galaxy S9+ to the iPhone 11 and I don’t have LTE anymore. The symbol on the top only says 4G and there is no option in settings about LTE apart from VoLTE. On the S9+ I always had LTE so the carrier does offer it, I just can’t seem to be able to enable it. I’m on Vodafone Romania. I have talked to them and they offer no fix for the problem. The internet speeds are abysmal, please help me out.

Okay, in Settings>General>About, what's listed for model? There should be a number there that starts with a capital A.

I did look there and my iPhone mode is the correct one for Romania.
I would reach out to your carrier first to see why the LTE option is not showing.
No LTE options in settings, I only have 4G
