I can connect my bluetooth keyboard to my ipad and it works fine. Under iPadOS 13, I can now connect my bluetooth mouse to my ipad, and it works just fine.
When I connect them both at the same time, however, the keyboard lags to the point of being unusable.
I can connect both at the same time to my macbook pro and my android phone and they work fine.
Anyone have any solutions to this?

Mine is now working, both of bluetooth mouse & keyboard. The trick is that you forget the bluetooth mouse (go to setting/ bluetooth/ click on your bluetooth mouse and forget device), then pair the bluetooth mouse again. Now it should work smoothly. I noticed that when I used both of bluetooth mouse and keyboard, and pair with another airpods listening to music, the lag happens again or when charging the ipad. Then I forget device and repair and everything's ok.
I experienced the same lagtency when pairing bluetooth mouse and bluetooth keyboard at the same time. The bluetooth mouse works flawlessly, but the bluetooth keyboard lags like crazy
do you know if, there is fix on the way?
I took it up with Apple support the other day, but they didn't have any answers. They were supposed to ring me back, but didn't, so I must get onto them again today.
