Safari Virus with MacBook Pro

You may  have adware/malware installed. Try downloading this program which was written by Thomas R, a long time poster. The program will search for malware/adware. The program will do the work for you which makes it easy. It may be necessary to run more than one scan. After running the scans, restart the computer.

I had the same issue and running malware bytes has seemed to fix it

I solved this issue by purchasing a anti-virus application and running it on my computer. The above issue was the result of some virus that ended up on my computer.

I have this same issue. I have found that when I open up Safari this green magnifying glass icon appears. It forces my wireless mouse to disconnect and then I have to force quit the malware application. It appears to also slow or stop my Internet speed and will not load web pages. After removal of the app, it reappears under a different name.

I have the same issue. Its happen about 3 times. I've uninstalled the program, completely removed google chrome (I assumed this was the issue) and it still shows. Hoping to find answers soon.
