Mail app can’t open pdf Since ios13

It did work ; just a reset after deleting alibaba.apps

Thank you very much.

Any remedy here? Having the same issue with notability. Legit all I use my iPad for and now worthless

Remove Ali ba ba if you have it

I had to download adobe again. after this was installed, it has worked.

I had to uninstall all apps related with djvu files. After that everything worked (including the pdf viewer)

I uninstalled VLC Player and OPlayer, and work again

finally 13.2 fixed this for me.

For me was the problem Alibaba app. Uninstalled and it works.

surprisingly same thing happened to me!!! got rid of Alibaba & it's working!!lol

For me it was the WinZip app that was causing the issue. Soon as I deleted it, the pdf files opened again.

Seems iOS update deleted Adobe. Re-downloaded and good to go!

I am having the same problem and since I can’t find an answer I will make a report to Apple.

There’s a 13.2 fix. I checked my Settings, General, Update and it was not there. So I turned off automatic updates and then the 13.2 update showed up. Let’s see if this will fix it. Thank you.

I had the problem recently on my iPhone 8. I deleted the Alibaba app on my phone, powered down and back up and the problem went away.

removing the Alibaba app solved this for me
