ios 13.1.2 slow, freezes

I refused to update after my 8 had been forcing the notifications and showed me the update every time I opened setting till 2 days ago. Now my phone lags terribly, even just the volume buttons won’t respond after presses for 5-6 seconds, snapchat freezes for periods or time and apps sometimes won’t open to begin with... I feel like I’m using a 5S with how slow and unstable the performance is. Apple’s back on their ******** with downgrading older devices time to sue...

Gah! Yes. Same. I have the XR. Just got the thing almost a year ago. These past few iOS updates have led to a lot of lagging apps and random crashes. Genius Bar even tried a fresh install of iOS using a MacBook. No help. It is even worse where the LTE apparently sucks despite showing signal. Also, it is draining the battery faster than usual now. Ugh..... Had hoped the last update would have fixed it as even the Genius Bar people indicated having the same issue with their own phones. Nope.

Took forever to loaded email , some APP took many attempts to opened

this is frustrating to use iPhone now , iPad is okay without update and now I have to use 2 devises to take care my daily job to reply all my email

can’t believe that Apple such a failure this time and don’t Kroeber when can they fix it and doesn’t allow to go back previous version

maybe Time to switch to Android phone

Update: the freezing is back and window pop up when I’m typing. Great! I think I will try the clean install. ***** restoring from a backup. Risky!

I have the exact same issue with iPhone X, happens especially when connecting to WiFi from cellular data, unusable.. will be switching to android after 7 long years if next update doesn't address this.

Same here! My iPhone 8 is practically useless! Feels like I’m on an entry level Motorola, running a ****** version o Android!!! Apple, WTF have you done to my phone!!!???

I have an iPhone 7 plus and it is very slow after the upgrade. Do not perform this upgrade. #AppleIOS13.1.2Bug

I THING THE NEW IOS WAS MADE FOR THE NEW IPHONE ONLY SINCE I'M USING MY IPHONE 7 I NEVER GET THIS TYPES OF PROBLEMS BUT SINCE I HAVE MADE THIS UPDATE MY IPHONE IS LIKE IM IM USING AN ANDROID

My iphone 7 with ios 13.1.2 freezes for 30 sec at least 2-3 times a day. Usually after unlocking. After freezing screen becomes black with progress wheel and then it locks.

iOS 13.1.3 did not fix this issue. In fact, my iPhone 7 freezes up even more now. This matter has not been "solved"

I did the upgrade to ISO 13.1.2 today and it’s been a disaster ever since. The device is freezing, it won’t take passwords and won’t allow me on any of my WIFI networks. I can’t even erase it. I contacted Apple Support, the lady I spoke with was respectful but could not give me any solutions after two hours on the phone. She then suggested I take to to Apple at Best Buy. I am beside myself. I have never had a problem with an Apple upgrade before and frankly I’m disgusted and lost. Any ideas?

Yes, I am very frustrated by this update to an iPad. I am entering passwords and having them rejected. I can't even connect to iTunes to do a clean install, it keeps asking me to do the Trust this computer thing, but something will popup in the middle of it and then it goes away.

since update to ios 13.1.2, my mail app only half works;

1. I get a notification for a new message
2. I open the mail app; there are no messages at all displayed
3. I re-open the app, now the old mail messages show, but not the new ones
4. I change folders in the app; now I finally can see the new messages
5. new messages are not marked as read until I open them twice...

Seems like I'm not the only one having issues with new ios, so I guess apple did a half-assed job in 'testing' their software. (surprise).

• This on top of the fact that I can't sync music to my phone for ages (there's no 'solution' but for doing a factory reset which I'm unwilling to do).
• This on top of the fact that I'm now being nagged for my credit card details by apple pay by notifications and the wallet app

Next phone will not be an apple, apple doesn't give a sh_t about its customers, they have been living on fanboi loyalty for far too long.

Having very sluggish performance on my iPhone 8 plus after the upgrade. Have to reboot 2-3 times a day but I haven’t done a full install as some have suggested. I can’t just wipe this phone!!!! That’s not a fix. Apple please fix this and let us know what the fix is!!! #iOS13.1.2sucks

Noticed this with BOTH my phone and the new operating system for my MAC - YES phone is 6Plus and very slow, freezing on pretty much any screen. I don't like this OS. Hoping Apple sends a fixed version....
