ios 13.1.2 slow, freezes

I need this to be unfrozen...I was just told that on many sites people are saying not to update even to IOS13.2....I did not see that because I was resting from surgery...I did call Applecare and I could not speak to them at that time and they never called back to reschedule...Usually they always call back...I have a feeling many are calling in for the iPhone 7 and up

Is there any way to backup to before the update was done? I should have read the reviews on this update before doing it. Now my iphone 7 Plus is at its worse. It was fully functional before update, now it's slow, it freezes, won't load any internet pages with WIFI and Tmobile Data. Looks like Samsung soon will be gaining another customer if this continues.

My plan to buy an iPhone11 on hold for at least another 6 months. This is a huge PR problem for Apple, every friend with an iPhone 7, 8 or X are having disgusting problems. This phones were supposed to make our lives easier, not misserable.

I agree. People are suggesting a full reset, backing up from cloud and setting up as a new iPhone??? Ummm, no. We shouldn't need to doo that. Apple need to fix it with another update that actually works!

Yes, this happens to me daily. It is so frustrating. Also, my phone will just freeze and then restart itself taking me out of what I was previously doing. I have had an iPhone freeze up on my in a while. Apple needs to fix this. We pay too much money for our phones not to work properly.

I have been a Apple user iPads x4 for work etc. phones x 3 for years but feel like going over to Samsung as my business colleagues have! I worried about updating my iPad Pro 12.9 as I may experience the same issues after installing 13.2.1. I updated the 2 work ones and they are freezing. We have to re-boot every time. Not good!

Might as well throw my phone in the lake outside my apartment. Freezing, message send failure, notifications that I have messages that dont show. Screen all black, screen all white, alarms not going off. Messages not downloading. Apps freezing and crashing. You name it, my phone has done it in the last 24 hours since getting iOS13.

Someone at Apple needs to get on the ball and get this horrible iOS fixed. It seems not to matter what phone we are all using, it seems to impact all of them. I tried updating 13.1.2 to 13.2, and that didn't help either, so if you haven't done that, don't bother. I guess we're waiting for 13.3 - in the hopes that Apple will find a remedy.

my iphone 7 keep on lagging after the update 13.1.2 cant even watch straight in facebook and youtube. Any one experience with one. Rebooted several times and emptied some storage still doesnt fix the issue.
