My Apple TV just did the update, now I have a problem with pandora. I Apple TV turns off while Pandora is playing. It is like it is not recognizing the program is running and goes to sleep. I can fix it by changing the sleep mode to never, but that kinda defeats the purpose of having a sleep mode.
Had the same problem. ‘Sleep After’ setting got reset to 15 minutes. Go to Settings>General>Sleep After and change the time. Once I changed it, it stopped turning off automatically.
You changed it to what though?
I have unplugged and waited one minute and did a reset, but problem with pandora still exist. Everything else seems to work fine.
Mine was at 15 minutes and still shut off with Pandora. I changed it to never, super annoying
Bah - mine, too.
Maybe Pandora will fix it right around the time they upgrade their bitrate (read: never).
I have tried this, but to no avail. I'm very annoyed and about ready to switch to Amazon Fire
I did that, same problem, Pandora turns off exactly every 15 minutes.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling Pandora doesn’t help. I have two Apple TVs did the same on both different networks different usernames still shuts off
Oh my goodness... thank you for this. It wasn't just Pandora. I was listening to a bible study and it kept shutting off every 15 mins. This helped and worked!!!

Same issue here. Can’t get Pandora to stay on longer than the sleep setting. It’s worked great for yeArs until this latest update
But that’s not true. I played Spotify through their new native TvOS app for over an hour last night - my sleep setting is still set to 15min.
it may be happening to the Pandora TVOS app, but it’s also doing it to any audio I stream from my phone.
