Since installing iOS 13.1.2, I do not message notifications on either my iPhone Xr or my watch. Receives are received, but no notifications. I’ve changed settings on both watch and phone, but still no notifications. Is this a known bug? Fix on the way?

Make sure the little switch above the volume is turned on when I updated for some reason it was off now have sound and notifications
my message notification not working since i updated iphone 13.5 .. i tried everything but still issue not resolved..
IOs 13.5 and still not getting proper notifications!!! AAAARRRGHHH! I can get 2 tin cans and some string cheaper than this & get better service!
