Apple ID Overview Catalina Macbook Pro

Just updated to Catalina and now the system just won't let me accept the new iCloud terms and Conditions on Apple ID no matter how many times I try it just keeps on coming up. Already tried to sign out and back in, restart, reboot SMC. NOTHING WORKS!!! Now I can't sync iCloud and got that annoying red notification on System References.

Please help! 😭

I found that if you go into your iPhone and/ or iPad settings (under the main banner, then iCloud) and turn off Keychain and then turn it back on, it solved the issue of the Apple ID repeatedly asking you to update settings. You may want to try that.
