Is anyone experiencing feedback/crackling sounds when making FaceTime, WhatsApp, or regular calls on iPhone 11 Pro? if so, what is the fix?
I have been to the Apple store in Amsterdam 3 days ago. They tested the phone and it appeared that 1 of the receivers was broken. Therefore they replaced the entire screen (which includes the receivers nowadays). Took 1,5 hour and everything works fine again.
Same! I had my phone replaced but the crackling issue persists. I hope an update will fix it.
I am in the same boat, never had it happen before with my X but it’s daily with my iPhone pro max

Yep even on normal voice calls is driving me mad and my phone is only 5 days old!!! I can’t find the cellular within the settings menu or am I being really stupid!
I have an iPhone 11 and we have the same issue over video calls ; the voice breaks . Got my phone replaced and still the same issue persists .Now I’m wondering what I should do next
