Having battery drain issues since I updated to 13.1.2!!!

I have iPhone 7 with 256 GB and almost 100 GB available.

I used to listen to podcasts during my train ride to work every day - today it drained the entire bat for 45 minutes of podcast !

worst upgrade YET!

Apple is still insisting there is nothing wrong with the IOS. Funny how this has affected all iphones old and new but apple says there is no issue. used to be a time in America that people stood up and admitted to there mistakes and made it right. This is just another sign that society is going down the drain. absolutely Horrible.

I understand you there. I do not want to stop being an apple customer at all. I am not anti apple or anti samsung. I am antibwasting my time or money. I gurantee if inwas to jump right into the new iphone this problem would be real minimum if at all for me. Then again i am guessing for those of us who arent dying to have the new iphone and are happy with older model i guess one way or another apple will get you either by new phone every year or quit using apple. I am all for whoever doesn't waste my time and who has the least models. I also dont like it when i feel things like this are happening just to make you get a new model every year. Its just my opinion that will not be explained to anyone or justified.

I am having somewhat the same issue. Since update, my fully charged phone is down to 1% within 3 hours. There has been no change to my use pattern. Then the phone will work for hours at 1%. Plug it in to charge, and it will say full charge within 15 min. I know I will soon need a new phone and have been checking my options. This is not the first time apple has put out updates that ruin battery capability, forcing people to upgrade when they are not ready. Love my apple, but considering others as I do not like being manipulated into purchasing another.
