Homepod Setup Failed (301009)

at home have a local router and use Airport Extreme (last gen.) for the Wifi, each time I setup the Homepod I always gets "Setup Failed (301009)", if I use iPad/iPhone's Personal Hotspot then it works well.

Please help anyone, in Indonesia None can help here...

Is your Wi-Fi set up with WPA/WPA2 and with any client isolation feature turned off? Check the prerequisites in the Get started section of Set up and use HomePod - Apple Support.

I'm not familiar with AirPort Express but some routers and access points have a feature where wireless clients are only granted access to the Internet, and other wireless devices or devices on the wired network are invisible to them. This type of feature isn't suitable for HomePod. If you don't spot anything obvious in the setup pages then it probably isn't the issue for you.
