iOS 13.1.2 notifications sound volume bug

I am using an iphone 11 pro and it looks like the notifications sound volume is tied to the media volume. If I set the media volume to 0 I will not get notifications sounds and if I set the media volume to 100% the notifications are really loud (I have disabled the "Change with Buttons" setting). This bug includes all types of notifications, calls, lock sound...

I've tested this on my friend's iphone 11, same iOS 13.1.2 and is not happening.

Does anyone knows if it is a but in iOS, or I need to restore the phone again?

It is working, for now. I've removed the cards from wallet, from both my phone and my watch, and the problem seems fixed.

Another update, the problem comes from the option Settings -> Wallet & Apple Pay -> Double-Click Side Button. Turn that off and the sound bug should be fixed.

Turning off 'Double-click side button' fixes the issue for me too!

Go to settings, wallet and apple pay, then turn OFF double tap side button. This fixed it for me on ios 13.2. Found it in the comments section on a youtube clip about the issue:D

I disabled both 'Press Side Button for Siri' and 'Double-Click Side Button' , but the issue is not fixed.

My phone worked flawlessly for 2 days after I've update to 13.3.1, until I've restarted it today...the issue is back :(
