According to Cisco you need to upgrade to WebEx 39.8 - just out.

This version complies with Catalina’s tougher Gatekeeper “notarization” standards, which is causing the problems.

I’m not convinced all is well, yet. I had to download the desktop version of WebEx to get WebEx to work at all. Calendar integration is not easily workable because browser-launched WebEx seems back level - maybe a problem with my corporation’s portal.

Very messy situation. Disrupting business. There are some notes out there on how to disable Gatekeeper.

David Snead, I am having this EXACT same problem! I can't share any Office or PDF documents at all, even while sharing my entire screen -- indeed, people report seeing only my desktop wallpaper, not even my desktop icons. (Apparently these documents show up only as a black space on their computers.) I got Webex Meetings to work, but then when I uploaded the Catalina supplemental update, that seems to have screwed everything up again, sigh. I've been working with a very kind support staff member at Cisco, and indeed I hope to be meeting with him tomorrow, but I have to admit, so far I am NOT pleased at all. Please, someone give us a stable workaround already, LOL!
