iPhone 11 Pro Max - Limited 5ghz connectivity
The wife and I just got our new 11 Pro Maxes, upgrading from 7 plus.
For some reason our phones connect the the 5ghz band on the Fios Gateway, but there is no connectivity. I’ve tried the following:
Reset Router
Forget WiFi network and reconnect
Reset Network connections
Hard Reboot
In all of the above instances it either will connect with 100% connectivity and lose internet or drop the signal within a short period of usage. Note when I say lose internet it’s still connected to the network but no internet. In these instances I try logging into the Router but it does not connect.
Confirmed other devices connected to the 5ghz band have no issues. 2.4ghz seems to be okay.
Thoughts?
