Final Cut Pro x 10.4.7 Bug: Any effect brings a blinking rectangle on the top left quarter of the image.

At first I thought it was one plugin that brought me this glitch. Then I blame another plugin. The third day I realize that this happens with any heavy work plugin: Magic Bullet, Lock&Load Stabilizer, MotionVFX plugins. It's so annoying. It's ruining my work. Its a blinking rectangle that shows the scene without the effect applied. Please help!!!!!!! Macbook pro 2018

it only happens after export. It's not visible at any point for me in the time line. I exported the entire project to receive notes on it before going back in to make minor changes to it based on viewer feedback. After do this (and upgrading both the os and fcpx) I see this happening. It was all exporting fine before the updates. I had a tech support person on the phone and after he linked up to my screen and he saw it happen with his own eyes, he insisted that it was due to a problem with fiilmconvert. So film convert is saying it's apple and apple is saying it's film convert.
