How do delete all hyperlinks in a Mail message at the same time?

I'm running Mail version 13.0 on Catalina 10.15. I copy and paste a report that's given to me online and send it to my friends, but when they get it the links are not linked to the text and they see the long string of links. They don't need the links so I'd just like to remove them all in each message at once. Currently I'm having to remove each hyperlink separately in each email message.
