Nope. Haven't contacted them yet.

It's my MacBook Pro though. Not iMac.

At present I am still in contact with Apple Support to try and resolve this glitch that I am on ly getting on my iMac.

It's such a crazy fail from Apple. Apple TV + is launching and what's NOT working? The Apple TV + app. I am actually surprised, this is not getting any bigger in media right now. Catalina Gate.

Have changed my Apple ID and the problem is NOT Apple ID related.

So the problem is not solved on my iMac.

Why is Apple so slow on sorting this out?

This problem still persists in 10.15.2 beta, I have almost given up, if it can't be fixed I'll be chasing refunds on my Music and TV purchases as I cannot watch or listen to any of them.
