So I have the iCloud 50gig subscription but my photos cannot be attached or texted I notice an exclamation point with a circle around it on the lower right of my photos, any help?
On your device, this hints that you have Photo Optimization enabled. This also suggests you don't have a lot of free space on you're device. "Optimized" photos are only stored on the device when space on the device is low.
