Apple TV+ shows keep looping back!

once it worked instead of using Apple TV, but yesterday it simply shows that the content couldn’t be played.

Same thing happening to me. Very frustrating. Apple need to get this fixed ASAP.

How do you open a case in Apple support?

I am not sure if I used the app support or the link to contact the support that is on this forum on top right of the screen.

Same here and really don’t see any reason to upgrade to the newer Apple TV

I opened a case last week and let him know there were a bunch of us here with the same issue. Getting a follow up call tomorrow morning. I’ll let you know how it goes.

i did reset all settings recommended with the support Analist on the phone but I have not tried with not sending info to Apple . I will try it . Thanks .

Unfortunately for us the Morning Show does loop back and get out of sync. ☹️

This happens with the second generation Apple TV also unfortunately. So do we all need to buy the latest Apple TV to actually make this work?!!!

Same issue. Morning Show, See, Servants... looping and unsynchronized sound/image/subtitles. Very annoying. No solution from Apple, actually I'm not sure if they are even aware about it.

It's a shame that Apple has a worse service than Netflix and Amazon Prime Video on its own platform.

I tried, but I do not know how! This is happening with Little America. Ridiculous they haven’t fixed the issue as I see posts on this issue have been since November 2019.
