My ipad2 deactivated yesterday

How can i reactivate it. I followed instructions but it still does not work. It says « your ipad could not be activated because the activation server is temporarily unavailable. Try connecting your ipad to Itunes to activate it”

Could not activate ipad Can’t reactivate iPad. Activation server temporarily unavailable. I already tried a suggestion found on this site and it didn’t work. Help. We currently don’t have a computer so we can’t login to iTunes, which some people said didn’t work either.

Have you tried connecting your iPad into iTunes as the message states?
