Grant access to an app if its grayed out?
On MacBook Pro, Catalina, accessibility app, Usertesting app is grayed out.
How do I grant access to this app if its grayed out?

If you have an option to select "all apps" as opposed to "recommended apps."
Depends on the interface— which you are not specific.

Got it.
Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
Opened System Preferences>Security and Privacy>General
Clicked on Lock in lower left corner, then was prompted to enter password
Then clicked Privacy tab, then Accessibility.
UserTesting app no longer grayed out so checked it.
