Logic Pro X causes a kernel panic when I drag the cursor to move things within the mix on macOS Catalina

When dragging things like automation or channel strips within Logic, my MacBook pro freezes and restarts with the 'Your computer restarted because of a problem' error message. Here is the crash log code that pops up after it crashes if it helps:

Repeatedly Experiencing Kernel After Installing Panic Monterey 12.2 I recently installed Monterey 12.2 and have been experiencing kernel panic ever since, to the point that my MacBook Pro was basically worthless. Please note that I do NOT use any external devices; I am only using the machine itself so no mouse, monitor, external hard drive, etc. Fast forward to crash, crash, crash . . . I wiped the hard drive, reinstalled Catalina OS, upgraded to Monterey again and the machine crashed. I read about the issue and, like everyone else, it seems that the Mac going to sleep is the issue that is crashing my machine. I changed the settings and voila - so far no more crashes. Is this the fix that everyone else used to correct this issue? The repeated crashing is quite frustrating, especially for a machine that is about one year old. Is Apple planning to find the root cause of this and fix the issue?

I am having three major problems with Logic (10.3.2) that each render the software unusable. They only started after updating to Catalina. Please help! (Most common problem) When I'm in Logic, the software will randomly freeze after I open the track editor. I'll be working in Logic and out of nowhere a huge white box just appears over the track editor and the program freezes indefinitely until I force quit the application (it says application not responding). This sometimes happens after 20 minutes in the project, sometimes only after 2. Often Logic will finish loading a project file, and then just not open the project. I have to force quit Logic and try again. Restarting my computer sometimes solves this but not always. Sometimes my project will open and audio won't play back. Pressing notes on my MIDI keyboard plays audio though. This one's not as important, but sometimes in Logic I just get a huge grey box over parts of my screen. It doesn't do anything except cover stuff, and it goes away after a few seconds. Please help!!! These issues have made making music impossible for the past two weeks. I'm using Catalina on a 4.5 year old Macbook Pro (Version 10.5.2). I also have 8 GB of RAM and 17 GB of storage left if that means anything.

2018 13" MacBook Pro on macOS Catalina kernel panics on macOS 10.15.4 Hi everyone, I am having an issue with my MacBook Pro. Whenever I export an update for my apps via Xcode or Transporter to the App Store, the whole computer freezes and then restarts (kernel). I thought macOS 10.15.5 update would help but no luck. The computers behaves fine, no issue until I try to upload a binary to the App Store (At least let's say that's the only know way for me to cause kernel panic). I did a clean install today, wiping all my data, reinstalling a fresh copy of macOS 10.15.5 and Xcode from the App Store. But the problem still occurs, it always occurs after uploading for like 10 minutes. I am disgusted, as a developer, I have to use my wife's 2015 MacBook to upload my binaries, her computer has no issue. I attached the crash logs. Am I the only one ? I would definitely hug that somebody who can help me fix it.

So far LPX 10.4.8 on Catalina 10.15.2 seems better. No KPs for me yet.

It no longer causes a crash and reboot, but it still freezes for a good 10 seconds nearly every time I drag something. There's an improvement, but still pretty much unusable imo

did the update yesterday and all seems to be up and running as it should now, apart from I just had one freeze when adding in a compressor whilst audio was playing, I can live with that for now.
