iPhone X vertical white lines + ghost touch

I had ghost touch problem over past 3 months. One day i went to store, people there told me about free replacement, but could not submit phone for 4+ days at that time, so wasnt able to get replacement. Fast forward 1 month, suddenly when I woke up one day and my phone has these lines. After these lines appeared, touch is working perfectly fine and to my surprise, I have not experienced ghost touch for almost 10 days.

Any solution? Is this covered too in the replacement program below because this is another result of defective screen.

Here because, Apple offline support is forcing me to pay for new screen saying-" We cant help now coz phone has these lines". Tho they acknowledged defective screen last time.

Hello,

If this issue occurred spontaniously, no signs of damage/water contact it may be covered under warranty (in this case a issue acknowledged by Apple themselves). As stated in the article "The program covers affected iPhone X devices for 3 years after the first retail sale of the unit."

Explain carefully this issue is not on the user end, but a manufacturing defect/malfunction acknowledged by them aka Apple.
