Face id not working

I dropped my phone to the toilet and it was there for only a couple of seconds. I immediately picked it up and put it on rice. My camera got water in it and it didn’t work at first but then started to work again. That was over a week ago and my Face ID is not working at all even though i tried to reset it over and over again. What can i do to fix it?

Nothing you can do to fix it.

Your device has been damaged by water and must be replaced. It can not be repaired.
