Syncronization of iphone XI pro (and ipod) does not work

Hi,

After upgrading to MacOS Catalina, my Mac Pro (Late 2013) recognizes the iphone XI (and ipods) when I connect them, but when I click on the device that appear on the side bar of Finder the information of the device appears just during few seconds and then turns into a white screen.

It seems that the devices get syncronized (at least is what Music app is reporting), but I cannot make any change in the sync settings.

I have contacted Apple support several times, and followed their instructions to try solving the problem. The last try was to reinstall MacOS Catalina using Internet recovery, but the problem persists. Basically, I cannot manage the sync settings on any of my devices.

Any suggetion will be appreciated.
