Hello I saw in the appstore that every app i have purchased now have cloud and an arrow icon instead of the normal download icon. Does that mean that this app or app data is in the icloud? I have read a lot about it but couldnt find the right answer. Is that just an icon and i shouldnt worry about it or is it really something about the app that has been saved in the icloud and can never be permanently deleted?

You can delete data saved in iCloud by turning off the associated switch, then going to iCloud Storage, where you can delete data from individual apps.
Hiding purchase history does not delete data, but deleting the app from your phone does.
Data saved by your app provider will remain, however you can contact the provider and ask about their privacy policy and how you can delete data they have stored on your behalf.

Yes those are apps you purchased for 💰or FREE and deleted, they will always be there if you want to download them again and if you paid 💰 for them you will not have to pay again, so no need to worry.

If you made in-app purchases if you restore a deleted app you can also restore the purchases.
Data is only saved in iCloud if you enable it in Settings/{your name}/iCloud. However, many apps save your data on their servers. That data will never go away.
So at the end, the only thing i can do about deleting an app and all its data is to delete it from my iphone the normal way, but i can do nothing about the data that is saved in my icloud or in any other server? There is a way to hide the purchase history but that doesnt do anything to the saved data?
What if the app is free but i made in app purchases or i redeemed a code inside the app? Can i consider these apps permanently deleted or some data about them is saved in my icloud?
All purchased or free apps are never permanently deleted from the ☁️ as for the data to my knowledge that is not saved with the deleted app.
