Audible stuck when syncing to apple watch

my title is stuck...."says preparing your content". can't cancel, sync, or delete it from my iPhone. "Cancel syncing" is grayed out. "delete" is not available for this title.

What to do?!

When my Apple watch (6, 10.01) is not connected to the iPhone (13, 17.0.2), I use music downloaded to the watch eg. when running but I cannot change the volume either from Digital Crown or haptics menu. apple watch won't play any music The watch can't play stations, can't play songs in my libraries, except for those already downloaded (no "cloud" to the right of the song). For stations, it just shows the name of the station, as if it were still trying to load the music, then it automatically pauses. I unpause it, it pauses again. For the not downloaded songs, the song name is shown, the song seems to be playing (the button says so), except that it isn't. It has been working fine several days ago. I tried restarting both devices (watch and iPhone), but no effect. Help me out here, it's getting extremely frustrating.

Cannot sync podcasts on to Apple Watch 3 I cannot sync podcasts on to my Apple Watch 3. My watch is on the charger and my phone is sitting next to it. I am connected to bluetooth. I have tried unpairing my watch from my phone and starting over and it's still not working. Does anybody have any advice on anything else I can try before going to the Apple Store?

Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.

I have the same problem. RESETTING THE WATCH DOES NOTHING. My title is still stuck showing "preparing your content". It's been this way for over 5 days.

By the way, the cancel option is GRAYED OUT.
