Factory reset iPhone 8

If i sign out of iCloud and the iTunes and erase all content and settings on my iPhone 8 handset, does this affect in any way my new iPhone and Apple tablets which are also signed into the same iTunes account etc? I want to give my old phone 8 to my daughter but must first erase all of my work related apps etc. Am concerned that in doing this i will erase everything on each phone/tablet
