IPad Emoji Keyboard

have read solutions to this problem. Under Keyboard in Settings it lists “Emoji” but next to it there is no “arrow” like it has for the other two. (English & Bitmoji). If I tap the globe in a text, it goes to Bitmoji. If I tap it again it goes back to the English keyboard. No emoji keyboard like it was before. (Ver 13.3). I’ve deleted Bitmoji and the Emoji keyboards, shut down my iPad, and more. Help!
