I have been searching for an answer for this for a while, best I found was if you have ever in the dark and distant past downloaded music as a torrent or anywhere else from someone else who purchased it and shared it with you, if you go into your songs list on the iTunes (music app) on your PC or Mac and sort it by "purchased" you will see the rogue email address and delete these songs, it should cure it.

No, not fixed. Also to point out, I have a Mac mini, watch, iPhone & ipad.

it only asks for the random passwords on my watch FIRST, then when I say not now or cancel, it then asks on my phone, then back and forward until I somehow get out of the loop, or turn my phone off.

things I have done to try and fix this

Reset password

Unlink all computers and deactivate audible accounts from my account

’Hide’ from my account all apps that are really old that I no longer use

Delete all unused apps from all my devices

Reset watch to factory and setup as new watch.

It must be known that I’m pretty sure this problem has only surfaced since IOS 13

This is not a device issue, only an IOS/Apple ID issue.

I have NO music or movies/TV shows that have EVER been purchased from someone else’s account, this is my 3rd phone since I last spoke to one of the Apple ID account holders (I have no idea who the other person is, yes, I’m being asked for two).

I have reset the phone’s settings to factory and re-set everything up, I have reset the phone to factory and restored from iTunes backup, I have done the same but restored from an iCloud backup as well.

When ever I do something to try and fix it, I don’t get prompted for about a week, then it’s every now and then, then it becomes relentless.

Unless Apple can do something on the back end of my account, or fix whatever glitch this is, I think the next step is to create a new Apple ID and start all over again. Since Apple don’t allow purchases to transfer, I would have to purchase everything again as well.

I have not spoken to Apple support about this issue yet, because they will only tell me to do troubleshooting which I’m pretty sure I’ve done just about everything (please suggest to me anything else I can try) and we won’t get a fix for this.

I’m holding out for future iOS updates to fix this issue.

Yeah thats what I'm banking on to fix the issue - a future watchOS or iOS update. I even set up my iPhone and watch with no 3rd party apps and music (the music app wasn't even installed) so it was just vanilla stock, and unfortunately the issue re-appeared a few days later and I too get stuck in a loop with the watch and phone.

Question for anyone presented with this issue, are you able to make facetime calls from the watch and/or use the walkie-talkie function? I can receive facetime calls from the watch but not make any from the watch (not that i use this function much). Further highlighting an apple ID sign-in issue related to the watch for me.

I am having this same issue first reported to Apple in Nov 2019

I keep getting random times and days two pop ups for 2 unknown apple IDs

They always appear on the watch first and then when I dismiss it in moves to the watch. I have set the watch as new and even restored the phone as new. I have no music/videos that's why we have Spotify and netflicks for. I have spoken to different apple people and they all keep telling me the same. "only way is you logged in what that Apple ID and downloaded something" No I didn't I don't know these Apple IDs or password.

If the popup was weekly I would get over it but it normally pops up twice a day and sometimes in will pop up, up to 6 times on both devices in like 5 mins, it annoys me so much I reset the watch. Some times it doesn't bother me for a week. I have no idea when it will happen. so random,. I spoke to apple again today and the person was also struck as she knew I was techy so I knew what I was on about

Both my devices are up to date as of this post

APPLE PLEASE FIX THIS OR MAYBE TELL ME WHAT IS CAUSING THE POPUP :(
