AirPods Pro Ear Fit Test Error

Since I got my AirPods pro as a present a few days before my birthday, I’ve been using the default medium size as they said they had a “Good Seal”, but a few days ago, I got my ears cleaned and since, they haven’t been sealing. I’ve used all three sizes, but all three sizes have the same response. The ear tip fit test tells me, with all three sizes, I need to adjust or use a different size.

Should I just wait till I grow wax in my ears again for them to seal, or should I take it to the closest Apple store for a recalibration or tip replacement?
