Cant use sidecar - cant turn on airplay monitor - didnt see airplay icon

Let's first start by making sure that we are meeting both the hardware, software, and configuration requirements to take advantage of Sidecar. Look over the "Sidecar system requirements" section in Use your iPad as a second display for your Mac with Sidecar to make sure that everything meets the requirements and that all related functions are turned on and configured correctly. Be sure to review the "Additional requirements" section below that, as it contains important information as well.
