How may I now unhide iPad apps?

I’m with iOS 13.3 and MacOS 10.5.2. iTunes is of course gone. Under iTunes I used to be able to go see iOS apps that had been hidden in the past, unhide them, and thus make them visible again in my iOS devices’ inventory. Now I find no way to do so.

Yes, I may go to the App Store app and refetch the app (and if it has a price, eventually receive a message about its being free due to a previous purchase). Yet when I do so, the app does not become visible in my iOS App Store inventory. It remains hidden. How may I unhide it?

Thanks for the link, picas. I see Apple says “you can’t unhide”. Thus I deduce Apple has removed this ability. (It used to be possible in iTunes, which, of course, died a quick and painful death. I used the ability several times before.) I guess, once again, Apple has decided what’s good for me rather than what “just works”. Sad.
