Bluetooth not available Macbook Air

MacBook Air, running Catalina 10.15.2

My bluetooth is showing as not available, even in System Preferences (unable to toggle on/off), and when attempting to open the menu (ctrl/options and bluetooth icon), it doesn't bring up the option to in the drop down menu, only 'Open PacketLogger' (which does nothing when clicked). I've tried deleting the files in the preferences folder, and an SMC reset. Nothing has worked.

Any fixes? Or should I take it to the Apple store and pay through the nose for someone else to do it? ;-)
