How to clean MacBook Pro screen...

Just got my macbook pro back from service, and the screen appears to have an oily film on it. Trying to clean it with the cloth doesn't work. Suggestions? Don't want to ruin my screen with any chemicals.

My new Macbook pro screen cant be cleaned?!! I tried to use damp micro fibre cloth to clean but it still leaves an oily smudge on the screen. I tried using whoosh too, something apple use's to clean devices in stores but that doesn't work either. I've only had this for like a month. What going on?

clean the screen on my macbook pro I used a screen cleaner on my new MacBook Pro 16", like I have on all of my previous Macs & MacBooks, before I read the instructions on the support page. My screen now looks like it has a streaky oily film all over it, Is there anything I can do to clean the screen & restore it to its original condition? I reviewed the screen cleaning guide on here but it doesn't help.

Why is my screen so dirty? Won't wipe clean Macbook Pro 2019 16”. Bought it a year ago but hardly use it. Screen is smudgy and when I wipe, it gets worse, as if it has a screen protector on it. I’m pretty sure I peeled that off when I bought it. I feel stupid. I’m afraid to spray anything on it. I’m starting to use it more, but the display is awful.

I use the same stuff I use on my Oakley's. I get the small spray bottle from either Oakley or Lenscrafters. Very light mist and use the cloth that comes in the kit. My screen is perfect!
