Hello. My trouble is: when i try to pair my Apple Watch Series 2 to my IPhone 11 Pro (IOS 13.3) it stuck at connecting Apple Watch screen. Please help me.
P.S. I dont know version of WatchOS

You should all try this!
Reset the Apple Watch.
Try logging off your iCloud account on your phone and logging back in.
But that what worked for me was deleting your old Apple Watch backups.
-> Settings
-> General
-> iPhone storage
-> Scroll down to (on my phone)
-> If there is any kind of Apple watch backups, delete those
-> Then restart your Apple watch and phone and try normal pairing
I have the same problem and don't get a solution from Apple. Apple is telling me is not a known issue.
I was told the same thing. Best buy is charging $60 to look into it. I'm so frustrated.
So the first post in this thread was January 1st and still no fix from apple? My daughters having the same problem with her series 3
Did mailing it to the repair center help?
This worked for me! Eight Plus iPhone with Series 2 Watch. I had a phone update which I did as well, not sure if that did anything to help.
After 200 phone and AW reboots, this works for me straight away.

Mine finally updated this morning and now works as well
I was able to update my watch software to the latest version and able to pair to my phone but then it gets stuck when connecting to my phone. Anyone else experiencing this?

This is truly awful and unfortunate. We spend our hard-earned money on this to not be able to use it in the future? Nuts!
Wow! That actually worked... it never asked me to turn back on my wifi.
i tried all day today- the first time the update took 2 hours. It was stuck on “installing” for a good 30 minutes so i closed the app.
I tried to do it again but it took me back to square one- so i had to install the software again. That took another 2 hours. It went further than the first time- right where it says “connecting to your apple watch”. Then it was stuck there.
I looked on the internet to find answers and I came to this thread. And what you suggested to do actually worked!
I had my apple watch series 3 paired with my old iphone 6 and now i was trying to pair it with iphone xs.
Moral of the story- just keep on trying. Close the app, and start over. Thats what I did and it worked!
How’d you synced it into another iphone? Tried it but didn’t work syncing to the iphone 11 pro.
After 100 reboots and disconnecting from wifi before pairing, it now downloads the latest watchOS. Before it said up to date despite being only at v5. Lets see...
What a pain works now.
close watch app, disable WiFi, reboot watch, connect watch, enable WiFi when requested for update.
otherwise it always said up to date for me.
This is a huge problem Apple really needs to step in and fix this issue!!!
