Apple Id

I bought my mac air from my friend, but the App Store keeps asking for the previous owner's apple id and password so I am not able to update my macbook. How can I fix this?

I bought a Mac from an online seller and their Apple ID is assigned to it how do I change it I recently bought a MacBook pro 2019 and the previous owner’s Apple ID is linked to it and in order to restart the computer it requires their Apple ID and I don’t have that is there anyway to bypass this

MacOS assistance I bought a macbook pro 2020 intel version and when I try to set it up, it says I need the apple id and password of the owner before me. I don’t know what to do and the seller isn’t answering me back. Anyway to bypass this?
