Please help me about Apple online store order cancellation and refund credit

Apple (and almost all vendors everywhere) only charges the payment method when the item SHIPS.

If a charge shows up on on your bankcard statement, it is likely an "authorization" charge - proving that there is money/credit in the account to cover the cost of the item. This line item may disappear after some days OR, possibly, be applied to the purchase when the item ships.

If in Thailand, why can't you call Apple Online Store at 001-800-65-6957 ?

I am unsure that Vancouver22's suggestion regarding Contact Support will help - that is for technical issues regarding devices & software

I have seen positive reports of using https://twitter.com/AppleSupport for people who cannot connect with Apple Support via telephone, but it too is staffed by technical support specialists

You can Contact Support by chat or email if you are not able to do so by phone.
